FAQs
Getting Started
Question: How do I start working with NW Peak Fundraising?
Answer: The best first step is to book our Free Strategy Session. During this complimentary 15-minute call, we will diagnose your primary challenge and recommend the most effective, stress-reducing path forward for your specific program.
Question: What is the difference between the Free Strategy Session and The Strategic Fix?
Answer: The Free Session is a focused call to quickly identify your main bottleneck and ensure we are the right fit. The Strategic Fix (General Consulting) is a short-term, paid hourly engagement that provides expert guidance on a single, focused challenge (e.g., drafting a governing board structure, creating a Case for Support, or designing a high-return event blueprint).
Question: Can the cost of The Strategic Fix be credited toward a larger service package?
Answer: Yes. If your program decides to upgrade to a larger service package—the Program Peak Partnership, Multi-Program Elevation, or District Development Architect—within 60 days of completing The Strategic Fix, we will apply the cost of the Fix as a credit toward the new contract.
Pricing and Investment
Question: Is your pricing transparent?
Answer: Absolutely. We offer transparent, flat-rate program tiers—not a percentage of the funds you raise. This means your community keeps more of the money you earn, and all costs are clear upfront.
Question: How are the prices for our tiered partnerships determined?
Answer: Our pricing for the Program Peak Partnership, Multi-Program Elevation, and District Development Architect is tailored to your organization's specific needs and the scope of the project. Your final quote is customized based on factors such as: the number of teams or programs involved, the overall size of your organization, and the depth of required implementation and training.
Question: How are consultation hours billed? Answer: For short-term, hourly consulting (The Strategic Fix), we operate on a structured, pre-agreed retainer. You'll receive an hourly pricing agreement and a contract defining the scope of work. We mutually agree to a fixed number of billable hours over a set period of time, ensuring clarity and predictable costs.
System and Process
Question: What makes your systems different from other fundraisers?
Answer: We don't focus on one-off events; we build repeatable, sustainable fundraising systems. This focus on system design ensures your program can perform consistently year after year, effectively ending the volunteer and staff burnout cycle.
Question: Do you run the fundraisers for us?
Answer: We expertly install and guide the systems, but our ultimate goal is to teach your program how to do this successfully on your own. We provide the strategic blueprint, detailed training, and strategic support—while you retain the ownership and execution of the program.
