Fundraising for schools, clubs & athletic departments

Fund the whole program.
Not just the next fundraiser.

Every way a program makes money, on one login, with a playbook for each. Monthly giving, kickoffs, sponsors, gameday and events. One flat 6% that donors usually cover, and money that lands in your account, not ours.

The whole economic story

A donor gives $100. Here is where it lands.

Our worst case beats most platforms' best case, and the third bar is the one nobody else draws: the donor covers the fees, their employer matches, and the program clears twice the gift.

Stop restarting at $0 every season.

Most programs raise once a year and hope for the rest of it. On Peak the engines run together: the calendar pays monthly, the gym pays at every game, local businesses pay per season, and the big night pays once. All of it lands in one account, on one report.

Peak Ascent

Monthly giving

Every athlete gets a page. Every month pays the program.

Peak Gameday

Gameday

One QR at the gate. A monthly gift from the stands, all year.

Sponsorships

Sponsors

Weight classes, holes, tables. Each sold once, renewed every season.

Giving Events

Events

Golf, galas, crab feeds. Tickets and an auction on every phone.

Peak Kickoff

Kickoff

One link, one week, the whole team asking at once.

Your program's account

One login. One account. One report for the board.

Every engine settles through Stripe to the program, and the same 6% applies to all of it. Nothing is priced per product.

Why this is not a fundraising link

Software that behaves like an operator.

A link gives you a page and wishes you luck. Peak runs the campaign with you: the setup, the launch, the calendar of touches, the assets, the filing. Your coaches coach.

The Peak platform

Pages in your colors

Athlete pages, team hubs, event pages, one login.

Checkout that keeps 100%

Donors cover the fee; money settles to your Stripe.

Texting and email

Guardian-safe, opt-in, from the program's name.

Live boards

Totals, leaderboards, the kickoff room screen.

One report

Every gift, fee and payout, board-visible.

What Peak actually handles

Setup

Pages, roster, QR cards, the whole thing built before your first meeting.

Launch

A kickoff night that runs itself: opener, countdown, live board.

Campaign calendar

Pre-launch, launch, updates, thank-you and close, scheduled and sent.

Assets

Posters, banners, social, the team playbook, in your colors, from your data.

Donor communication

Receipts, updates, the monthly letter, written and approved once.

Compliance

The Oregon filing is ours to make, under our registration, before you start.

Payout visibility

Where every dollar is, from checkout to your account, on one screen.

Every campaign gets a written playbook before launch day. The card your managers get is below.

Three outcomes. Ten engines.

Three things a program buys. One login.

Every engine sits under one of three outcomes, on the same login and the same 6%. Every tile is a demonstration club. Slide through, then read the one you need.

6%

flat platform fee, on every fundraiser type.
Donors usually cover it at checkout.

The whole price list is one number.

Peak charges one flat 6% platform fee. It shows on every checkout, in the largest type we could set. Donors can cover the fees when they give, and most of them do, so the whole gift reaches the program. There are no licenses or setup costs, and families never see a junk fee.

A donor gives$100.00
Peak’s flat platform fee (6%)−$6.00
Card processing at cost (2.9% + 30¢)−$3.20
Your program receives, worst case$90.80
When the donor covers the fees at checkout (8 in 10 do)$100.00

Our worst case beats most platforms’ best case. The big platforms keep 15 to 30 percent of what kids raise, so the same $100 lands at $70 to $85. Ours lands at $90.80 with nobody covering anything.

≈2%

The rate programs actually pay.

About 8 in 10 donors cover the fees at checkout, so across a season the platform fee and processing net out to roughly 2% of what comes in. Peak Match, below, is how that number goes negative.

Payments powered by Stripe

Every dollar moves on Stripe, the same payment infrastructure Amazon and Shopify run on, and lands directly in your program's own account. We never hold your money. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor.

Peak Match · included

158 employers pre-loaded

Ask every donor if their employer will match. Automatically.

Donors pick their employer at checkout and the match is chased for you. No separate matching subscription, and no fee on the match. Yours isn't listed? We add any employer in a day.

A donor gives, fees covered$100.00
Their employer matches it 1:1+$100.00
Your program receives$200.00

The only line on this page where a program receives more than 100 cents on the dollar. Most platforms sell employer matching as a paid add-on, if they offer it at all. Peak includes it, and takes nothing on the match.

The questions a sharp treasurer asks

What does it cost to get started?

Nothing. No setup fee, no license, no monthly minimum. Our only revenue is the flat 6% when your program actually raises money. We make nothing until you do.

What if donors don't cover the fees?

Then your program nets roughly 91% of that gift: the 6% plus the card processor's actual cost. In our live data donors cover the fees more than 80% of the time, so most gifts arrive whole. Either way, every number is on the receipt.

Will the rate change mid-season?

No. The rate you sign at is the rate you finish the season at, in writing. We never change your economics while a campaign is running.

Where does the money actually go?

Directly to your program's own Stripe account. It never sits in an NW Peak account. Your board can see every gift, every fee, and every payout.

Is there a percentage hidden anywhere else?

No. This section is the entire price list. If a number isn't here, we don't charge it.

How it works

Every campaign gets a playbook.

One card says who does what and by when. A team manager opens the link, follows the steps, and is done. The platform does the operating work, not your coaches and not your parents.

Branden Bailey, founder of NW Peak Fundraising

Built by someone who has actually had to raise the money.

I'm Branden. Twelve years of coaching and teaching in Oregon, a dozen car washes, cash boxes counted in a gym at 9 pm, and the big platforms right up until 20% of the check was gone. I built Peak so the money side never eats another coach's season. When you book a call you talk to me, because there isn't anyone else here. NW Peak Fundraising and Consulting LLC is an Oregon-registered professional fundraising firm (PF-1811).

Fifteen minutes is the whole sales process.

Bring your goal and your roster count. I'll have the math for your program ready.
