Text Message (SMS) Program

NW Peak Fundraising and Consulting LLC ("NW Peak") sends text messages on behalf of the schools and youth-sports organizations that use our platform. This page describes the entire program: how consent is collected, exactly what we send, how often, what it costs, and how to stop.

What messages we send

• Registration and account notifications (e.g., a registration was received or cleared)
• Program updates from your athlete's school or club
• Fundraising campaign updates for programs you support
• Event and ticket confirmations

We do not send marketing on behalf of third parties. Ever.

How you opt in — one method

Consent is collected in exactly one place: the parent/guardian registration form on our platform (app.nwpeakfundraising.org). During signup, guardians see a consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Checking it is optional — consent is never a condition of registration or purchase. We store each guardian's consent record verbatim — the language they agreed to, with a timestamp. The registration form requires an account (it holds student data), so here is the opt-in step exactly as guardians see it:

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies by season and by how active your athlete's program is — typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately — our systems honor STOP automatically and block all further sends to your number. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at bbailey@nwpeakfundraising.org or 503-867-5176. Replying START re-subscribes you at any time.

Your data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent records are never sold or shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the full picture.
