Refund Policy

Overview

All donations made through NW Peak Fundraising and Consulting LLC's platform are final and non-refundable, except in cases of clear error (such as duplicate charges or processing mistakes).

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to bbailey@nwpeakfundraising.org within 30 days of the donation. Requests must include the donor's name, the campaign name, the donation amount, and the date of the donation.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds may take additional time to appear on bank or credit card statements depending on the issuing financial institution.

Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact NW Peak Fundraising directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Direct contact allows us to resolve issues faster and protects the athletic program from chargeback fees.
