NW Peak is built and run by a coach who has actually raised the money — not a sales team that has never run a campaign.

One flat 6% platform fee — no license, no setup fee — and donors cover it at checkout, so your program typically keeps 100%. Typical vendors take 15–30% of everything you raise.
Peak Kickoff — the focused single-team campaign most programs start with — is a Peak Fundraising product, in production with Oregon athletic programs.
Every framework was field-tested in real Oregon communities before it was written down. If it didn't raise real money, it isn't in the book.

The Problem We Saw

In small communities across Oregon, coaches and program leaders were spending nights and weekends running fundraisers that barely covered costs. They were selling overpriced candles, fighting for raffle ticket sales, and handing 15–30% of every dollar to a vendor who disappeared right after.

The fundraising model was broken — not because people weren't working hard enough, but because no one had given them a real system. They had effort. They lacked structure.

Built From the Field Up

Branden Bailey, Founder of NW Peak Fundraising

Branden Bailey

Founder & CEO

I spent twelve years fundraising the hard way. I've run a dozen car washes — kids are terrible car washers, and we made about $20 an hour. I've stood in gyms counting cash boxes at 9pm. I've used the big platforms too, and they're great right up until the check arrives and 20% of it is gone.

I built NW Peak because massive companies raise money on the backs of athletes without being explicit about what they take. I'll make money on this company — I'm not pretending otherwise — but every decision here is built to leave as much as possible with the programs. That's the whole model, and it's in writing on our pricing page.

My favorite fundraiser is still a poker night — anything that gets my athletes working in the community we all belong to. The platform exists so the money side of that never eats another coach's season.

“You work too hard to hand 20–30% of your kids' fundraiser to a multi-million dollar company. We're your partner, not your line item.”
