Why We Built This
The Problem We Saw
In small communities across Oregon, coaches and program leaders were spending nights and weekends running fundraisers that barely covered costs. They were selling overpriced candles, fighting for raffle ticket sales, and handing 15–30% of every dollar to a vendor who disappeared right after.
The fundraising model was broken — not because people weren't working hard enough, but because no one had given them a real system. They had effort. They lacked structure.
The Person Behind It
Built From the Field Up

Branden Bailey
Founder & CEO
I'm a teacher, coach, and program leader in rural Oregon. For over a decade I've lived the reality of fundraising — long nights, tight budgets, constant pressure to figure it out.
I've also seen what works. By focusing on relationships, structure, and clear systems, I've helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars in small communities that most vendors write off. That experience became NW Peak Fundraising.
I didn't leave coaching to sell software. I built NW Peak because the programs I care about were handing 15–30% of what their kids raised to companies that had never set foot in their gym. The whole company is built to put that money back where it belongs.
“You work too hard to hand 20% of your kids' fundraiser to a multi-million dollar company. We're your partner, not your line item.”
— Branden Bailey
The NW Peak Difference
What Makes Us Different
Take 15–30% in fees with payment processing buried inside.
One flat 6% platform fee — no license — that donors cover at checkout by default. Stripe's fee shown separately. Schools typically keep 100%.
You manage spreadsheets, prizes, and chaos.
We give you a system. It runs itself.
You depend on them to run every campaign.
You own the process after campaign one.
Coaches and parents burn out.
Athletes lead. Adults supervise. Not the other way.
