Raise more. Pay less in fees.

Most platforms take 15–30% of what your athletes raise — and make you ask where the number is. Ours is right here, in the largest type on the page.

6%

flat · donors cover it at checkout · your program keeps 100%

NW Peak platform fee

6%

One flat rate on donations. No license, no setup fee, no per-seat charge — this is our only cut, and it's the same across every fundraiser type.

Stripe processing

2.9% + $0.30

Charged directly by Stripe per transaction and passed through at cost — we never mark it up or profit from it. It buys bank-grade security and PCI compliance we couldn't replicate alone.

At checkout, donors are asked to cover both fees — 8.9% + $0.30, shown as the real cost of moving their money, never disguised as a “tip.” In our live Stripe data, donors fully cover the fees more than 80% of the time. When they do, your program receives 100% of the donation. When they don’t, your floor is roughly 91% — still beyond what a 20% platform leaves you on its best day.

What a $50,000 season actually costs

A typical 15–30% platform

$7,500–$15,000

taken from your athletes’ work before the check arrives — often disclosed only after you ask, sometimes only in a help center.

NW Peak, flat 6%

$3,000 — typically $0

because donors cover it at checkout more than 80% of the time — meaning most programs keep the full $50,000. Every dollar of difference stays with your kids.

Floor assumes 0% donor cover. Ceiling assumes 100% donor cover. Real campaigns typically land between these two numbers based on donor opt-in rate.

Most platforms quote a percentage that excludes Stripe. We add Stripe back so you're comparing real all-in costs.

Why the price looks like this

I spent twelve years fundraising the hard way. I’ve run a dozen car washes — kids are terrible car washers, and we made about $20 an hour. I’ve used the big platforms too, and they’re great right up until the check arrives and 20% of it is gone.

I built NW Peak because massive companies raise money on the backs of athletes without being explicit about what they take. I’ll make money on this company — but every decision here is built to leave as much as possible with your program. That’s the whole price list above. There is nothing else.

The questions a sharp treasurer asks

What does it cost to get started?

Nothing. No setup fee, no license, no monthly minimum, no contract term. Our only revenue is the flat 6% when your program actually raises money — we make nothing until you do.

What if donors don't cover the fees?

Then your program nets roughly 91% of that gift — the 6% plus Stripe's actual cost. In our live Stripe data, donors fully cover the fees more than 80% of the time, so most gifts arrive whole. Either way, every number is on the receipt.

Will the rate ever change mid-season?

No. The rate you sign at is the rate you finish the season at — in writing. We will never change your economics while a campaign is running.

Where does the money actually go?

Directly to your program's own Stripe account — money never sits in an NW Peak account. Your board can see every gift, every fee, and every payout in a complete audit trail.

Is there a percentage hidden anywhere else?

No. This page is the entire price list. If a number isn't here, we don't charge it.

The lines we won’t cross

We never tip-beg your donors

No guilt-tripping pop-ups, no pre-set “tip” to a tech company stacked on top of a gift to your kids. The only thing we ask a donor to cover is the actual cost of moving their money.

We don't monetize kids' data

Athlete and donor data belongs to your program, not to us. We don't sell it, rent it, or build a side business on it. You can export everything, anytime.

Every fee is named before you sign

Both line items, in writing, in plain numbers — before any commitment. No percentage buried inside a “platform fee,” no surprise deduction on payout day.

No surprises. Ever.

Bring your numbers to a strategy session and we’ll run them with you — out loud, line by line — before you decide anything.
